Professional symphonic music is a meaningful amenity in any community.  The LSO’s subscription performances, civic and extensive music education services enhance quality of life for residents throughout the South Plains.  However, ticket sales account for only 1/3 of the LSO’s annual operating expenses. Giving Levels

Donors gifting $125 or more will be recognized in LSO Masterwork concert programs throughout the season.

Annual Fund

The LSO’s Annual Fund ensures the orchestra will meet its daily artistic, administrative, and special event requirements. The Annual Fund includes donations made on an annual basis.

Maestro Circle

The Maestro Circle represents the LSO’s most distinguished level of individual donors. The Maestro Circle designation indicates a yearly gift of $5,000 or more.  Members of the Maestro Circle are provided with an array of exclusive offers and experiences, one of which is admission to a private luncheon with the conductor and guest artist the week of each and every Masterwork Concert. Additional amenities are as follows:

• complimentary premier level seats for 2 for the Masterwork Series
• season subscription for 2 to SoundBites [pre-concert dinner and lecture]
• name recognition in all LSO concert programs
• subscription to Symphony Magazine [upon request]
• vehicle decal denoting Maestro Circle parking at all LSO events
• special invitation to social functions with the Maestro and guest artists

Education Fund

The Education Fund provides you with the opportunity to designate your donation for a variety of rewarding education programs throughout the South Plains region. The LSO’s Teaching Artists Program, Family Concerts, and Chamber Ensemble Performances educate more than 12,300 diverse students annually.  For more information on these life-changing programs, please browse the Education tab.

Encore Society

The Encore Society is denoted by donors who pledge a contribution of $500 or more for a minimum of 5 years.  Contributions derived via the Encore Society provide continuity and stability to the orchestra and enable the LSO to plan for a successful future.  Encore Society donors are acknowledged in all LSO Masterwork concert programs.

Memorials and Honorariums

Donating to the LSO is a lasting way to honor a cherished loved one or favored organization.  Memorial and Honorarium designees will be highlighted in a special section of all LSO Masterwork concert programs.
